Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison falls national park
Meet your guide and start your drive to Masindi where the magnificent Murchison falls national park is located. Have a stopover at Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Lion tracking then have lunch in Masindi town. Dinner and overnight at Paara safari Lodge(luxury)/Pakuba Safari Lodge(Mid-range)/Heritage safari Lodge(budget). Meal Plan: Full board.
Day 2: Morning game drive & boat cruise
On this day, you will wake up so early for a cup of coffee and then embark on a morning game drive in search for the early risers as well as predators returning to their hideouts. During this game drive, expect to see the following animals including; leopards, Lions, Buffaloes, antelopes, giraffes among others. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast as you wait for lunch. Gather your strength as you proceed for a launch cruise to the bottom of Murchison falls, for the birders, it’s the paradise with over 450 species, huge crocodiles, elephants, hippos and many more. Overnight at Paara safari Lodge(Luxury)/Pakuba safari Lodge(mid-range) Heritage Lodge(budget). Meal plan: Full board
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking & depart back to Kampala
Go for chimpanzee trekking at Kaniyo Pabidi forest reserve after you are done with your morning breakfast. The sounds of the chimps carry through the forest, so approaching and watching these creatures in their natural habitants is unforgettable wildlife viewing experience. After, you will be transferred to Kampala.
